Do you sell products that contain parabens?

Absolutely not! At Zago we carefully select the ingredients and use natural active ingredients to offer you a high quality, safe and allergen-free product.

Are your products Cruelty Free?

No animal is abused to test our products, we are completely Cruelty Free. We do not carry out tests on animals even outside the European Community and we do not assign third parties to do tests on our behalf.

What does "ZAGO" mean?

The name "ZAGO" has a special meaning for us! It is an acronym that is very important to us.

Can I order without registering on the site?

No, you can make and pay an order only after entering all the mandatory data on the Checkout page and then registering.

When will I receive my order?

Usually deliveries are completed within 2 working days in the peninsula, 3 days if the package is received in Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria.

Can I place an international order?

At the moment we only ship in Italy, European Community and USA. If you need to receive our products in other countries, please contact us at info@zagocosmetics.com.

Is there a minimum purchase?

There is not any purchase limit, however if you want to take advantage of free shipping you are requested to place an order of at least € 35 in a single solution.

What payment methods can I use on your site?

You can pay with Paypal, Credit Card or cash on delivery (in Italy). In this case one of our operators will contact you by phone to confirm the order before it is processed.

How can I get a discount?

We offer 10€ discount to new subscribers to our Newsletter on the first purchase. In addition from time to time you can find temporary promotions on our site. To not miss news and promotions, subscribe to the Newsletter.

What should I do if the package I receive is damaged?

You can accept the package by marking the word "With reservation" or refuse to collect the package. Should this occur, please contact us promptly at the e-mail address info@zagocosmetics.com, we will make a new delivery as soon as possible.

What happens if the procut i purchased has defects?

We work hard to offer you high quality products with perfect features. However, if you receive a product that does not comply with the order, we kindly ask you to send us an e-mail to info@zagocosmetics.com, specifying the type of problem encountered and attaching one or more photos of the product where it is well visible defect. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible to explain how to return and replace the product.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are € 4.50 in Italy, free for orders of € 35 or more. Their amount is of € 13 in the rest of Europe and you can take advantage of free shipping for orders over € 40. For orders from USA, we charge 29€ of shipping costs. We remind you that, in order to benefit from free shipping, it is necessary to place the order in a single solution.
